What DHL says

  • DHL says the only payments it requests by email or SMS are for customs duties and taxes. Before the payment goes through, an OTP is sent to the receiver's registered contact.
  • DHL says to report fraudulent emails, SMS, websites or social media accounts posing as DHL to its Anti-Abuse Mailbox, [email protected].
  • DHL says it investigates every report of suspected fraud but generally will not reply to personal questions. Shipment and invoice questions go to customer support.
  • DHL says it accepts no responsibility for payments made as a result of fraud.
