- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with other users' use of the Services
3. User Content & Reports
Your Content
When you submit scam reports, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content to help protect others. You retain ownership of your content and can request deletion.
Accuracy & Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of reports you submit. False reports may be removed and could result in account suspension.

- URL checking provides analysis but cannot guarantee 100% safety
- Community reports may contain errors or be outdated
- Services may be interrupted or unavailable at times
- We make no warranties about merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ScamX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses from scams not detected by our service
- Damages from false positives or incorrect scam classifications
- Loss of data or service interruptions
- Reliance on user-generated content or reports
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
